In general, you will lead and develop the Sales business line within SHUAA Capital. In particular, your responsibilities will include (without limitation) the following:
Responsibilities:
Management of Asset gathering for all divisions of SHUAA Capital
• Drive business development and asset gathering through effective regional and international strategies
• Prepare and execute an overall sales plan including definition of appropriate distribution channels
• Identify and develop a base of new clients
• Ensure effective client relationship management, systems and processes are in place
• Ensure effective liaison between the clients and the company’s specialist desks and cross sell the company’s full range of financial services and products
• Provide guidance and support to affiliates
Provide guidance for all divisional heads on product suitability: Feasibility Investor appetite Competitor activity Design and Cost structure Launch
• Gather client intelligence to support development of future product offerings Coordinate product creation through the product development team
Staff management of SHUAA Sales Team and Client Services team
• Lead and Manage sales personnel ensuring development of appropriate skills Interface with HR on resourcing, development and incentive planning Define targets and manage performance against defined key performance indicators Manage and coach relationship managers to maximize asset gathering Conduct formal and informal monthly and annual staff reviews
Interface with Communications Department to ensure maintenance of standards for advertising and continuity across all activities:
• Identify relevant market characteristics
• Provide guidance on market positioning Advertising (Sales) Cost control ( Conferences or similar)
Interface with Legal and Compliance Departments: Review and replacement of all Legal agreements across all services to ensure compliance and validity to service Due Diligence for Intermediary and Distributor Agreements Compliance via AML/KYC and cohesion with relevant compliance and legal departments Marketing efforts to ensure compliance with relevant authorities Feedback on product decisions and structuring
Financial/Reporting
