What will I be doing
The Sales Department is responsible for maximising all available revenues for the hotel through driving sales activity in order to maximise hotel usage both within the conference facilities and in the sale of rooms.

As Sales Manager you will be directly responsible for: Maximising all C&E, rooms, recreation and all other product and serive related revenue opportunities Reviewing forthcoming business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive measures to fill capacity and meet set targets Contributing to the selling strategy of the hotel, and managing the departments' adherence to achieving that strategy Understanding the competitive market place and implementing approaches to ensure the hotel stays ahead in the local market Ensuring the Sales team are developed effectively and generate a culture of high quality standards and pro-active selling To work effectively in building relationships with colleagues in the hotel
 What are we looking for
We are looking for a Sales Manager who has:
 Has a minumum of 2 years experience in the same position in a quality 5 star chain (1 Out of which should be in the Middle East) Excellent language of both written and verbal English and Arabic Hotel Management/Sales & Marketing related education background Strong leadership skills - effectively managing and motivating their team to perform beyond expectation Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges Excellent selling capability and an ability and desire to coach selling techniques to their team Excellent organisational and planning skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal What benefits will I receive
