Global Bank requires a competent Credit Analyst to join their Corporate Banking Division. Prepare detailed company analysis and credit proposals. Conducting financial reviews on corporate entities requires in-depth understanding of the business. Prepare Spreadsheets for new corporate clients and conduct financial analysis including ratio analysis, which form an integral part of credit proposals. Together with the Relationship Managers, participate in any discussions with corporate clients to finalise the preparation of credit proposals and credit reviews. Responsible for liaising with Head Office on various credit files until these files are presented to various credit committees at Head Office Level. Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Credit Control and Risk to make sure original documents relating to a Credit Committees are completed and transferred to CC & R for safe keeping. Prepare Notification Tickets when necessary Assist the Relationship Managers with finalising the legal documentation and account opening documentation for new relationships Keep track record of annual reviews dues for on-going relationships. Make sure files are ready for presentation on their (Dues Dates). Assist RMs in preparing information Packages on Prospects. Assist RMs in preparing Presentations (more...)
