AJJ: Title: Instrument & Control Systems Engineer Position Level: Senior Staff Requisition Number: Department: Engineering Job Description: Analyses existing or proposed Instrumentation and Control Systems for onshore plant and offshore production facilities. Prepares or reviews engineering design work connected with minor or major capital projects and expense items, for modification and alterations to existing systems or the installation of new equipment and systems, either by the Maintenance department, if the work is done in-house, or through outside contractors. Studies and analyses complex or recurring problems relating to instruments and control system problems and recommends appropriate solutions. Maintains and updates instrument and control systems engineering drawings, standards, specifications, manuals and data books. Required Qualification: Engineering or Physical Sciences degree.
