AJJ: Title: Head of IT Applications Position Level: Senior Staff Requisition Number: Department: IT Job Description: The Head of Applications (HoA) manages the IT application function leading to new systems implementations and enhancement of current systems. This includes the application technical support and development of all corporate business systems required for the smooth operation of Qatargas business. This also includes planning and management of related corporate system environment; design, acquisition, installation, operation, system administration and maintenance of corporate hardware and related operating systems. Also, the HoA significantly contribute to the establishment and update of the overall company IT strategies and direction. Other key responsibilities include development of implementation plans, road-maps, budgets, and coordination of major IT applications projects, the scope of which covers the requirements of complex multi company and multi shareholder business requirements.
