Project Manager Events, Marketing & panding OTB Creative Concepts Kuwait, Kuwait Ref: KP891-01 OTB Creative Concepts The Role The Role Objective: Ideal candidate should have events background, preferably in luxurious events, trade fairs, and official conventions as well as in marketing and public relations. Main Responsibilities: - Development of events step-by-step plan including logistics & operation, catering, setup & decoration, transportation, accommodation, onsite coordination & pre-event testing. - Functional supervision of all event related personnel while events are in progress. - Development of marketing plans. - Researching, contacting clients, creating presentations, contracting supplies and service. - Proposes new & creative ideas, good negotiator, resourceful and persuasive. - Researches potential sponsors for events, writing sponsor proposals and preparing event packets. - Supervises companys public relations by developing and maintaining strong client relationships. - Accurately calculates events costing and prepares final budget for each event - Works closely with Managing Director in maintaining the company's corporate identity - Develops and manages the implementation of the company's corporate website updates and upgrades Reporting to : Managing Director Duration : Permanent position Desired start date : Immediately Working hours : Sun-Thursday 9am-5:30pm Travel requirements : Occasional Travel Requirements Requirements - Current Residence : Kuwait - Male, presentable, age between 28 to 40. - Degree / Diploma in Marketing and / or Event Management or related disciplines. - Excellent command of English and Arabic. - Minimum 5 years experience in same fields. Experience in GCC market is an advantage. - Detail oriented, flexible, self-motivated and meeting deadlines. - Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
