AJP: Salary: not specified Apply online To assist the Chef De partie(cold / hot / section) in providing an effective service in all food outlets for external and internal customers. Requirements To ensure good food quality and correct quantitiy. To make sure all food items are sent to the correct area on time. Good rotation of food items. Responsibilities To fill out temperature charts daily. Follow all kitchen regulations as outlined and directed. Any violation of the above will be subject to disciplinary action.
